Construction Management

Cook Land Company has in house general contractors who assemble the right team for the specific project. No project is too big or too small, we specialize in projects ranging from $10,000 to $50 million which may include ground up construction, rehabilitation, code compliance, capital improvements and tenant improvements. Services include management of the bid process, value engineering of all aspects of the project, project scheduling, project cost tracking, construction administration and draw packages. Cook Land Company has developed projects in the Central Valley ranging from 100+ acre business parks, office buildings, warehouse/distribution buildings, retail and land entitlements. We specialize in developing strategies for the site including identifying stakeholders in the development process, assembling a project team including architects, engineers, contractors and consultants, interface with local, state and private interest groups, processing the project through focus studies, and negotiating with various agencies for the approvals of the project.
